5th grade yearbook dedications

The time has arrived! We are working on finalizing our 2021-2022 yearbook and we would love to include dedications for our amazing 5th graders! Parents, this is your call to action.

Congratulate your 5th grade student with a personal dedication in the Silverwood Elementary School Yearbook 2022. Dedications are personalized recognition ads that parents can purchase to show pride in their student’s accomplishments. Dedications deadline is Monday, March 28, 2022. All dedications are on a first come first serve basis.

This is a great way to memorialize their time spent at Silverwood Elementary and send them off to Middle School!

Dedications are $15 per student. You can pay 2 ways:

  1. Drop off cash at the PTA mailbox in the Front Office. Please be sure to label it 5th grade Dedication/Student’s name
  2. Pay via Paypal – @silverwoodpta . Please note in the comment section – 5th grade Dedication/Student’s name

Once you have paid for your dedication space, please click on the google form link and complete the form. Below is the google form to complete in order to submit your 5th grade dedication form, which is now closed.

Please note content guidelines:

  • We will make every effort to use your desired layout and text as indicated.
  • We reserve the right to edit any dedication submitted, which may include removing any explicit text, graphic photos or copyright-protected imagery or photos.
  • Silverwood Elementary PTA has selected to manage the 5th grade dedications. Should you have questions or need assistance in creating your dedication, please contact Silverwoodyearbooks@gmail.com immediately.
  • A proof of your ad will not be provided and no changes can be made after purchase.

Again, none of this would be made possible without the support from our Skyhawk community, local businesses, and PTA members, for whom wanted to bring back a school favorite. Proceeds of the Skyhawk Carnival will go back directly to the school in order to fund programs and events held on campus, staying at Silverwood Elementary.

Skyhawk Carnival is coming!

We are so excited to bring back and update a family favorite event at Silverwood. Skyhawk Carnival, formerly known as Silverwood Fall Fest. It was previously held in the Fall, just outside the classrooms. Given restrictions and precautions, we have pushed the event and relocated it to the much larger blacktop on the playground.
