Hello!

We are so excited for our upcoming Art & Pie Night on March 12th from 6:45–8:00 PM (Sensory friendly time is 6:15-6:45pm), and we need your help to make it a success! This free, family-friendly event is a favorite in our community, where families can enjoy student artwork and a delicious slice of pie.

To help the evening run smoothly, we are looking for volunteers to assist with:
 Set-up (arranging artwork, tables, and pie station)
 Pie Distribution (handing out slices to attendees)
 Greeting Families (welcoming guests and passing out pie tickets)
 Clean-up Crew (helping with take-down at the end of the night)
