Calling All Student Artists in Grades TK–5!

It’s time to get creative, Silverwood Skyhawks! We are excited to announce our 2025–2026 Yearbook Cover Contest, and we can’t wait to see the amazing artwork our students come up with.
Each year, the yearbook captures the memories, friendships, and special moments of our school community—and this is your child’s chance to help design the cover that everyone will see!
✨ Who Can Enter?
All Silverwood Elementary students in grades TK–5 are invited to participate. Whether your child loves drawing, coloring, or designing, this contest is open to all skill levels.
🖍️ Artwork Guidelines
To make sure all submissions can be fairly judged and printed clearly, please follow these guidelines carefully:
- Artwork must be created on one 8.5” x 11” sheet of white paper
- Paper should be vertical (portrait) orientation
- Markers only (no crayons or colored pencils)
- Artwork must include:
- The correctly spelled school name
- The school year 2025–2026
- Please do not fold or staple the artwork
On the back of the artwork (in pencil only), please include:
- Student’s first and last name
🏫 How to Submit
Completed artwork should be turned in to the Front Office.
📅 Deadline:
Entries are due by March 27, 2026
Be sure to submit by the deadline so your child’s artwork can be considered!

The winning design will be selected and featured on the official 2025–2026 Silverwood Elementary Yearbook cover—a fun and memorable way for students to leave their creative mark on this school year!
