What is Flamingo Flocking?
Silverwood Elementary School’s PTA believes in making memories while supporting our school community. Flamingo Flocking is a fun and whimsical fundraising activity. It is designed to help the PTA fund exciting events and activities for our children.

Flock Sightings
Spotted at the Oakland Zoo and beyond, these vibrant flamingos bring joy and laughter wherever they go! Want to celebrate a birthday? We’ve got you covered with a festive birthday flock! Looking to commemorate an anniversary? Our “Floctoversery” surprise is just the thing. Or maybe you’re in the mood for some lighthearted fun? Flocking a friend is the perfect way to share a laugh!

How Much Does it Cost?
For only $20, Silverwood families, teachers, and support staff can surprise a friend. They can send a friendly flock of plastic flamingos to a neighbor! Flamingos will visit friends and families in the Silverwood community with a sign that reads “You’ve Been Flocked!” Each flock will migrate and remain at the residence for 48 hours and will then migrate to another location. 

We accept Paypal, cash, or check. Cash or check needs to be dropped off at the front office in the PTA mailbox. Write checks to “Silverwood PTA” with the memo Flamingo Flocking.
